The hotel offers decent rooms that are beautifully appointed, but they are not on par with a suite. The service was disappointing with rude staff interactions and accusations. The location is great for beach activities but needs updating to meet higher standards. The dining experience varied from outstanding buffet choices to unappealing meals. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory but not exceptional.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although having a proper double bed, also had a 'pull-out' bed and were closed for a day during my stay, leading to some unwelcome guests like mosquitoes and lizards. However, the service was efficient, although at times unfriendly. The location, situated right on the beach, was fantastic despite some unnecessary arrangements. The dining experience was excellent, offering a variety of choices. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
